So I spent four hours in line for the Thursday night NEW MOON premiere (the first person in line had been there since eleven. IN THE MORNING) and it was worth every second (and every hour the next day I spent sleeping off the adrenaline). I was extremely humored to discover that the same love/hate rules that applied to the books applied to the movies The formula goes something like this:

A. IF you thought TWILIGHT was The Cinematic Masterpiece and anyone who says otherwise is a jealous coot, THEN you'll be hating on the change of style in NEW MOON

B. IF you thought TWILIGHT was the slowest, cheesist movie ever made, THEN you'll absolutely adore every single aspect of NEW MOON

C. IF you enjoyed TWILIGHT but felt it lacked or could have done better, THEN you'll see that 'missing element' come through in NEW MOON

D. IF you loved TWILIGHT and stay up at night dreaming about your Edward, THEN you'll probably only sneak into the first and last 20 minutes of NEW MOON

E. IF you liked TWILIGHT but couldn't really relate to falling so utterly in love with anyone, THEN you'll go see NEW MOON with uncertaintly and return as founding members of Theatrical Chapter of TEAM JACOB

Personally, I fall under type C. where both movies were awesome but NEW MOON is truly the missing half of the Twilight Saga. Without NEW MOON, the saga would never be where it is now.

So whether you loved or hated it, you gotta admit [link] June 30, 2010 is never gonna get here fast enough

I'd love to know everybody's Types. (And no, there is no option for having hated TWILIGHT completely because then you wouldn't really care about NEW MOON )

Okay, so October's had its ups and downs, and Halloween is still around the corner (I'm going as a zombie bride... blame ) but November holds such promises as 'The Twilight Saga: New Moon' movie on 11/20/09 and the television premiere of the 'Ben 10: Alien Swarm' live action movie five days later on 11/25/09 (and the DVD release on 12/01/09 but that falls in another month so we'll leave it be)

So....WHY ISN'T IT HERE??? And what do I do to get it here FASTER???? I already have 'A Little Faster' and 'Meet Me on the Equinox' on REPEAT (which, granted, might be making things WORSE) but COME ON! GET HERE ALREADY!!!

PS: My mood is NOT content. I just can't seem to change the icon

CLUBS:

No updates on the journal for a while (until now). Writing journals makes me feel weird and appear lonelier than I actually am because I'm ranting to people I don't know (who might not really care for my own problems...)

BUT since I DO have actual, human, physical friends with devart accounts, I figured roughly a year is long enough for an update

SO, here's what's up:

LIFE: is being lived

MONEY: is being saved for a digital tablet

WRITING: is being done. "Just Friday" is in the works for those who follow my fanfiction page (if you don't...you should) Longer and better than originally intended, look for it soon on a computer near you And I HAVE to get BACK around to the "White" FINALE!!

TV: is being watched. At present, "Wolverine and the X-Men", "Total Drama Action", reruns of "X-Men: Evolution" and "Warehouse 13" being watched obsessively

DRAWING: is being considered. Might be doing a fanart for the "Back to School" Contest. We'll see.

AUSTRALIA: was being visited as evident by my last three pics

MUSIC: is being explored. Since I'm ALWAYS looking for awesome new music, here's the last five songs I've gotten my hands on:

"First Train Home" by Imogen Heap (mellow and cool to relax to)
"Damn" the Matrix feat. Katy Perry (DANCE, MONKEY, DANCE!)

CLUBS: being cited, are and I can't remember if I ever actually JOINED

Alright, so Ben 10: Alien Force season two premiere was tonight and was chalk full of AWESOME AMAZINGNESS. The highlights:

5. THE LINES: you gotta love Kevin's "Ribbit" line XD

4. THE ANIMATION: was it just me or was it different from last season? It seemed a bit more tricked out and it moved a lot faster (less of those awkward silences we saw in season one)

3. THE SMACKDOWN: long gone are the days of the 10 minute rule and the 'going Ben' in between aliens. Ben gives Morningstar a well deserved FIVE ALIEN BEATDOWN! He ended the episode even LESS pretty!

2. THE FORESHADOWINGS: with this episode, I'm 99.94% POSITIVE that the AF writers check out fan stuff. A fan on this site (can't remember WHO exactly) mentioned once why Kevin didn't carry small quantities of materials with him so he wouldn't have to depend on the environment and NOW WE KNOW WHY. Also, called the Morningstar connection and the Kevin dad connection in her latest journal (you rock, btw XD)

1. THE LEAN IN: if Gwen and Kevin had actually kissed first episode of season two, that would have just massacred the sexual tension (I know from Scott/Jean Evo experience) for the ENTIRE season. BUT THEY TRIED

In fact, the ONLY thing that upset me was the depth they took Kevin's past to and I'm still trying to figure it out. I thought he was an orphan living on the streets of NYC so why would he still be in touch with his mother? The dad I get but still, why look up to the people that abandoned you? I dunno, maybe we just haven't seen all the cards yet...

Regardless, still GREAT! I'm probably going to be doing a post for each episode .I need to vent off this excitement and no one else LISTENS to me about this >.

I'll also probably post my Gwevin Playlist up soon too. 'White' Part 3 is also high on my priority list of things I must get to rewriting.

Ok, so I know I said I'd have White Part 3 up by this week but one of the most horrible things happened to me Friday: I got my laptop AND flash drive stolen :''(

Last I'd backed up my drive was april of this year so I lost six months worth of my stuff so please be patient as I rewrite part 3 and recooperate the rest of my stuff. I was really excited to post that part...
